Vegan Crab Cakes

A vegan taste of the sea. Under 100 calories per cake. It is great for lunch or dinner. This is a soy-free and gluten-free recipe.

  • Hearts of Palm, 12 stems or 130g
  • Organic Roasted Seaweed, 6.8 g
  • Young Green Jackfruit, 350 grams
  • Old Bay Seasoning, 1 tsp
  • Garbanzo Bean Flour, 60 grams
  • Avocado oil, 3 tbsp
  1. Drains the liquid from both the hearts of palm and jackfruit.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a food processor or blender
    1. You can use a potato masher
  3. Then add the dry ingredients and mix or pulse 5 times
  4. Shape 1/3 cup cakes
  5. Fry in a pan on medium heat
