A vegan taste of the sea. Under 100 calories per cake. It is great for lunch or dinner. This is a soy-free and gluten-free recipe.
- Hearts of Palm, 12 stems or 130g
- Organic Roasted Seaweed, 6.8 g
- Young Green Jackfruit, 350 grams
- Old Bay Seasoning, 1 tsp
- Garbanzo Bean Flour, 60 grams
- Avocado oil, 3 tbsp
- Drains the liquid from both the hearts of palm and jackfruit.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a food processor or blender
- You can use a potato masher
- Then add the dry ingredients and mix or pulse 5 times
- Shape 1/3 cup cakes
- Fry in a pan on medium heat
