- 40 pieces, vegan pasta filled with sauteed wild mushrooms
- 6 pepper, Mini Sweet Pepper
- 1 cup, Spinach
- 1 tbsp, Parsley
- 100 grams, Onion
- 3 clove, Garlic
- 1 cup, Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup, Diced Tomato
- 1 tsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, and parsley in a pan on medium heat
- Add the tomato sauces, dices tomatoes, and peppers to the pan.
- Bring to a boil
- Add the ravioli
- Stir to separate the ravioli
