Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Jazz up a ready-made meal to have a quick a flavorful meal. Create a fast one-pot vegan meal under 300 calories.

  • 40 pieces, vegan pasta filled with sauteed wild mushrooms
  • 6 pepper, Mini Sweet Pepper
  • 1 cup, Spinach
  • 1 tbsp, Parsley
  • 100 grams, Onion
  • 3 clove, Garlic
  • 1 cup, Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup, Diced Tomato
  • 1 tsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, and parsley in a pan on medium heat
  2. Add the tomato sauces, dices tomatoes, and peppers to the pan.
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Add the ravioli
  5. Stir to separate the ravioli
