Vegan Brazilian BBQ with Celery Root

A creative a new take on Brazilian BBQ.  Use celery root and a great combo of spices to make a great vegan dinner.

  • 1 Celery Root/Celeriac
  • 1/8 cup, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup, Liquid Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp, Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp, Smoked Paprika
  • 1 pinch, Pepper
  • 1pinch, Salt
  • 1/2 tsp, Liquid Smoke
  • 1 clove, Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp, Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp, Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp, Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp, Chili Powder
  1. Peal the Celery root
  2. Puncture the celery root 8 times
  3. Combine all of the wet ingredients and spices in a plastic bag
  4. Marinate the celery root in the plastic bag for at least 1 hour or longer in the refrigerator
  5. Bake the celery root at 350 degrees Fahrenheit  for 40 minutes
