
A creative a new take on Brazilian BBQ. Use celery root and a great combo of spices to make a great vegan dinner.
- 1 Celery Root/Celeriac
- 1/8 cup, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup, Liquid Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp, Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp, Smoked Paprika
- 1 pinch, Pepper
- 1pinch, Salt
- 1/2 tsp, Liquid Smoke
- 1 clove, Garlic
- 1/2 tsp, Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp, Cumin
- 1/2 tsp, Coriander
- 1/4 tsp, Chili Powder
- Peal the Celery root
- Puncture the celery root 8 times
- Combine all of the wet ingredients and spices in a plastic bag
- Marinate the celery root in the plastic bag for at least 1 hour or longer in the refrigerator
- Bake the celery root at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes
