Ingredients for 6 Servings
- 1 Can of Chickpeas
- Vegan Mayo 2.5 oz
- Dijon Mustard, 3 teaspoons
- Paprika, 1 teaspoon
- Sweet Onion, 2.5 Oz
- Celery, 5 stocks
- Nutritional Yeast, 1 tablespoon
- Chop your celery and onion
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Mash ingredients with a potato masher
- Refrigerate
